PROPERTY DEVELOPER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In Malaysia, the housing industry is contributing to the economic and social development of the country. The government of Malaysia recognizes housing as a basic human need and an important component of the urban economy. Although housing development has benefit to the nation in development of economics and social, but there is project which are failed to be completed. According to news report, there are 1,103 units of houses not completed since September 2018. One of the problem is the housing project did not be monitored well by government. This is because the construction sector did not do their work honestly and they only get payment without finishing the house. This will cause abandoned housing project and defective houses. However, the used of Property Developer Management System (ProDMS) can overcome the problem of abandoned house in Malaysia. One of objectives of this system is to monitor process and work flow of the project one by one. Other than that, to prevent housing project from being abandoned. The uniqueness of the system is people can also promote a house from this system. Catalog are also provided to show that there are various of house design that customer can choose and list of price that customer can know. Next, benefit of this system are it is a safe, convenient and efficient method of payment that gives customers access to a wide range of financial services. Moreover, for commercialization this ProDMS can be use by Ministry of housing and local government and any contractor that want to develop the housing project.
