Each parent need to ensure their children in healthy condition include baby in the womb. Therefore, the problem statement for this system development is working parents have limited time, make it difficult for them to monitor the health of children. The problem will be worsening when children's health information is not well kept and there is no good management system to monitor their health-vulnerable levels. Other than that, parents often do not have complete information to keep a record of health such as a list of medicines, appointment schedules, vaccine schedules, past health records, types of illness and child information profiles. Objectives of system is to produces an overview report and schedule for children health that can ease process of medication by shown to doctor to give them solid information and reminder for parents, parents can personalize treatments list for children (List of medicines, appointment schedules, vaccine schedules and past health records), establish a statistic and pattern graph of illness to help doctor diagnose and review if furthers treatments needed and allow parents to save children health profile digitally without need to remind to give information accurately for medical purpose. Novelty and uniqueness of the system is it developed according to point of view as parents and doctor to give clear view to both party on what records needed and how it can enhance medical services. Impact in solving problem in children medication, to the, health institution, doctor, nurse and parents is it can give accurate information lead to rapid service, increase potential of life saving by having statistic of illness and reduce costing of institution to contact with patient’s parents to make appointment. Commercialization potentials of this system is it can be sell into two categories which is system for institution administration for large scale usage and end-user usage for personal usage
