Nowadays, most of the clinics in Malaysia are still using the paper-based medical cards that are records about the patient information. Usually their traditional method is used in the small clinic for example in village area. The problem of manual system is there are many redundancies the records of their patient have been created. It because there are many of the patient records in their records room so that the clinic might be miss placing the patient records. However, the manual systems also make their work not an efficient. To overcome this problem, the E-clinic management system are created to help the clinic in managing the records patient and improve their service. The E-clinic management is a system that created to facilitate the process of transferring information and records of their patient. This system will be easier to the doctor and the nurses to manage the service, make their work be efficient and will help to improve their services performance be better. This system is created to simpler the communication between the doctor and nurse. This system will kept all the information about their patient in the database. This system will use the computer technology for medical service and in managing the patient information with more systematic and more secured. The user of this system is only the doctor and nurse. This system will be operate by two type of user which is the doctor and the nurses. Once the patient are register in the clinic as a patient, nurses will collect and register the detail information about their patient in this system and give the ID to the patient records. The doctor also can view the patient detail information and after the checking up of the patient, doctor can recommended the medicine to the patient and send the database in the system.
