SAF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Sukan Antara Fakulti (SAF) is a yearly sport event held at UITM Kelantan which is open for all students and lecturers that manage by the Sport Unit. It is a sport competition between six faculties in the UITM Kelantan. There are usually fourteen sports to be played and each of these sports have different total players which can be sum up to hundreds of records for the participants. Due to this condition, there will be a situation when the records can be redundant and the information can also be changed without consent. Moreover, to manage hundreds of players they need to use lot of papers to records all the information this give effect to their budgeting to held this event. The most common problems that always happened is, the managers and the staff in sport unit always misplace the form that contains information about the participations and this will cause another problems that can affect the flow of this event. Therefore, the objective of this system is to help Sport Unit to ease their work in gathering information about the participants that take part in certain sport and provide a platform for the participants to register their information through online. Besides that, this system will provide tournament scheduled that can be refereed by the participants. SAF Management System (SMS) can be commercialize as a mobile application that fit with the android and ios smartphone where the user can downloaded it in the online store and SMS can be used in managing KARISMA or KARISTA which is a big sport event that handled by the UITM.
