Nanny is a person, typically a woman, employed to look after a child in its own home. Lately, almost all parents who send their children to nurseries or caretakers are worried and cannot focus on their work because they have begun phobia and trauma with a series of death of a child in nurseries and caretaker homes due to various incidents that have been reported in mass media. According to the Department of Social Welfare, the statistics on child abuse and persecution of child in 2016 were 4982 cases. The number increased in 2017 which is increase by 460 cases and that also bringing the total number of cases to 5442 cases. In 2018, from January to April 1929 cases were reported nationwide. Thus, it makes all parents constantly trapped between their career and caring for their child. Besides, some of the people nowadays are busy working have no time to care for their parents that already old during their working hours. This causes their parents to live alone at home. Parents who live alone are at risk of falling into a crash or being victims of crime like have been reported in mass media. The e-Smart NANNY System is a system that aimed to provide online platform where the people can find the good nanny to care for their children or their parents. Additionally, the system also aims to empower women who want to continue the care of children as a career or generate additional income by giving them a platform to do so. The e- Smart NANNY System providing a service to care for children or elderly people by go to their house. The features of the system will be providing the details background and profile of the nanny like personal information, family information & health information. This system enables the users to make a selection of the caretakers from various background, state and area. Other than that, it also provides multiple type of services that can be choose by the users during the booking nanny process. The e- Smart NANNY System can be commercializing to the agencies that provides the nanny, the people who like to care of children as a career or generate income and also to the peoples who are always busy working.
