A wedding has forever been a significant and important celebration where the wedding planner is a professional who assists with the design, planning and management of a client’s wedding. However, couples always face problem in looking for wedding products and services. Thus, i-do system helps couples to organize every aspect that is related to wedding preparation. In addition, couples sometimes facing a problem of fraud where they did not know the authenticity of the vendors. Therefore, this system helps them to recognize the authenticity of vendors by allowing couples to access data of the vendors, for example, they can see how many time that vendors have completed their services. Besides that, the vendors also have difficulties in expanding and providing their services to the customers. Thus, this system gives an opportunity to vendors in expanding their services where they can deal with customers directly through this system. The objectives of i-do system are to act as a business platform that aims to help organize a successful wedding event. Moreover, it assists couples in decision making and planning processes that are related to all aspects of a wedding organization. The uniqueness of this system is designed to be a one-stop web-based platform that can be used by couples and vendors where each user has a different perspective towards the system, depends on the need regarding their roles in the system. Thus, couples can use the system on planning their wedding, design and management. Meanwhile, vendors can utilize this system to market and sell their services and products. Lastly, in term of commercialization potentials, this system has an opportunity for vendors to gain benefits from their customers and expanding their services thus generating more income.
