e- COLLEGE SYSTEM (e-COS)

The management college in UiTM faced many problems in terms of management activities that need to be overcome. One of the problem is in manage the students to apply the college every new semester. As usually, students need to apply by manually fill the form that given from college management and they need to do every new semester to occupy the college. In other issue, students faced difficulty in make a complaint or report about the damage that occur in college. For this issues, students had to come to the offices to make the report about the damage at the same time they once again need to fill the form by manually to done their report about the damage occur in residential college. The last issue is, college management faced difficulty in deliver the current information about the activities that occur in college. So, sometimes students are missed to get the latest about the upcoming activities or any announcement that related to the college. The system will help especially in manage the college and will achieve the objective based on the problem. The objective is to help students in apply the college using online system compare to the manually apply using provided form. Second objective is to reduce in use of paper in any activities or transaction in our daily life. The third objective is to help the college management work more efficient in manage the students every semester when they need to apply the college. All the problems will be solved by the system because it is integrated with UiTM management in HEP department that responsible manage all activities about students. The college management will get the best solution in manage the amount of students that apply the college in UiTM. Plus, this system is potential to commercial because it can be use by universities or any education institution and it was designed for managing the college activities to reduce paper usage in the future.
