However, user face problems in finding a vacant house and on how to contact the owner of the house. This study explored the problem that many of us may not know is the non-existent of house rent system. By examining the problems, students noticed that usually people would only contact the owner of the house rent to make a deal. Problem may exist when the owner of the house rent was busy with their works and cannot run an errand. Besides, people also lack information in finding which house are suitable for them in term of price, wide of space and comfort. And last but not least is the difficulty to manage payment transaction. Based on the problem, the best way to handle this is by creating an e-house rent system. The objective is to save time and make user feels easier in renting the house. User also will not depend too much on the owner. The transaction can be made by their own. In addition, by using the system user can improve their decision making in choosing which suitable house for them. In other words, this system could be commercial for house owner that could be used for their business for the undergraduate students.
