Car maintenance is not a difficult task for most male drivers. It is vitally important to carry out regular maintenance on vehicle. Without proper maintenance, vehicle will be a lot more likely to be prone to more serious problems in the future. As a driver, maintain a vehicle is an important task. However,there is no systematic management of record. As systems creation are becoming more complex, we face more problems that are related to system construction rather than those problems related to analysis. In this study, workshop management system is designed  to manage automobile workshop with great ease. Especially such as the report costs of a vehicle, time sheets for reporting each item by staff members or by vehicle, estimated time to be taken for a service. This system it is aimed to design software to keep all the needed information in a suitable database and give the customers fast and accurate information. It also save time and stay organised while improving productivity as well as increasing operational efficiency of business.Top features of this system is update vehicle details. It add and manage vehicle details such as model, color, insurance, past record and so on. In terms of Customer Relationship Management, it will add, edit and manage customer profiles, records, order history to improve customer relationship. Workshop management system are really useful in managing workshop in a systematic way. This is because it will create a vehicle that comes under the workshop. This system also set deadline date and time required.The commercialization of this system are for workshop, government agency such as PUSPAKOM and JPJ.
