Trippy.com (travel agency system) is a system that designed to help the traveller to find a suitable package for their trip. All of the packages come from travel agency company who want to gain profit. Basically, travel agency engaged in selling and arranging transportation, accommodations, tours and trips for travel. The trippy.com has been developed to override or solve the problems prevailing in the practising manual system. Every travel agency organization, whether big or small has challenges to overcome and manage the information of customer, payment, booking details and charges. This problem derived from the manual system where the travel agency company need to collect the information in a manual way such as like telephone call to the customer or from text messaging. The old manual system was suffering from a series of drawbacks. Since the whole of the system ways to be maintained with hands the process of keeping, maintaining and retrieving the information was very tedious and lengthy. The record was never used to be in systematic order. Hence this system helps the travel agency company to store every detail of customer information and package records in an effective way because the transaction is done online and the organization just need to monitor from that system. Next problem, scammer travel company. In this modernization era, people tend to cheats just to get money in any way, so do travel package scam. Once the traveller pays for the package, the travel company often went missing and disappeared and by that people realise that they have been a scam by the company. With the existence of this system (trippy.com) we will reduce the scam problem by putting the travel agency company that has been registered at SSM (Syarikat Suruhanjaya Malaysia). This problem need to be solve because the customer tend to get cheated from the travel company and the management of package information and customer booking details is hard. With the existence of this system, it will help the traveller to choose the suitable package from the registered company. The customer information also will go straight to system database and admin or travel agency organization can check their customer details. Why this system is better because this system will list out all package from every registered travel agency and the payment process also can be done online. The user just needs to search the place they want to go and can simply choose the package and fill out their detail and make a payment. The management of customer detail also can be easy to manage and retrieve by travel agency company because everything’s done online.

E-Extreme Sport System

Extreme sport is the favourite activity that is liked by the community especially young people where there is involving physical and mental endurance activities. However, many issues especially young people are having problem in comparing of extreme sport agency services that offered the great activities. Besides, when they looking the details of agencies in search engine on internet, the result showed one or two website only and they doesn’t know other keywords to finds the great website of extreme sport agency. The researcher provides a solution by doing innovation of system that called (E-Extreme Sport System). The objective of this system is to collect all external extreme sport agencies in one system and lists the agencies that offer extreme sports packages according to activities such as outdoor adventure, flying, water sports and other followed by requests from the client. In addition, when customers access this system, they can choose any extreme sport agencies that provide the best services based on rating either good or not. In term of usefulness, customers can set the price offered by the agencies starting from lowest price to a high price and set the date and place of activity to be done either around the area or outside spaces. Through this system, agencies can obtain information which has been requested by the customer subsequently manage them quickly and efficient. This system is focusing to the young people that are looking as potential client to involving of extreme sports.

e-Clinic Management

Nowadays, most of the clinics in Malaysia are still using the paper-based medical cards that are records about the patient information. Usually their traditional method is used in the small clinic for example in village area. The problem of manual system is there are many redundancies the records of their patient have been created. It because there are many of the patient records in their records room so that the clinic might be miss placing the patient records. However, the manual systems also make their work not an efficient. To overcome this problem, the E-clinic management system are created to help the clinic in managing the records patient and improve their service. The E-clinic management is a system that created to facilitate the process of transferring information and records of their patient. This system will be easier to the doctor and the nurses to manage the service, make their work be efficient and will help to improve their services performance be better. This system is created to simpler the communication between the doctor and nurse. This system will kept all the information about their patient in the database. This system will use the computer technology for medical service and in managing the patient information with more systematic and more secured. The user of this system is only the doctor and nurse. This system will be operate by two type of user which is the doctor and the nurses. Once the patient are register in the clinic as a patient, nurses will collect and register the detail information about their patient in this system and give the ID to the patient records. The doctor also can view the patient detail information and after the checking up of the patient, doctor can recommended the medicine to the patient and send the database in the system.

Community Funding System (CFS)

Community Funding System (CFS) is a system that will help community to apply for fund. Community that can use this system are those who need for help in term of financial. It involves donators and community. This system was inspired from crowd funding. Those who have financial problems can register to this system. The donators can choose to who they want to donate. The main purpose of this system is to help community to get a donation. It will simplify the process and way to get the donation. Target audience for this system is students and community. The information that need to be fill up in this system such as name, identification card, contact number, and etc. In description space, they need to write a description that state why they need for fund. For example, for students they can say that they need financial help in order to further their study. For community in low class level, they can register to this system to apply for financial assistance in their daily life. This is an effective way to help community that need financial help. In the nutshell, this system will help community to help in getting a donation in an easy way.

Event System Management

Event System Management (ESM) is a system that provides information of the event that will be held in the UiTM to all UiTM students for them to get the details of information about the event quickly and accurately. Through this system it will be provide the information of activities or event to students such as date, time, venue, title of the programmed and information. Other than that, by creating this system, students can become more aware for the upcoming events and activities in the UiTM. Therefore, the main problem that make researcher want to create this system because students nowadays are too lazy and didn’t aware about the incoming messages about the event through the whatSapp group. In this case, students also might ignore about the message of that event. So, by this system it becomes more convenience to the students for them to read or get the information about the event. Hence, researcher thinks that this system is important because it can evade students from not knowing about the activity that will be held. For this system, student just only need to register and all the information about the event will be provided through that account. Lastly, researcher hope that this system will be continued and succeed to produce
