As students, they need to attend many events at university. However, there is no mechanism of the platform to record what they have done throughout their study. Therefore, Student Plus is a system that allows students to upload their work and project as references such as participation certificate, co-curricular activity certificate, working progress, project report and etc. Furthermore, the problem that often occurs among students, they do not have the main platform for storing and uploading the projects they run. The information that student has stored or contributed does not have a uniform and complete documentation leaving the information blur and wasted. Other than that, this system is to help students to develop a complete, authentic and orderly course work portfolio, to provide portfolio automation systems encompassing web-portfolio for students and to facilitate prospective employers to review student work and profile for use in industrial works and training. Moreover, the uniqueness of this system, it allows a company review portfolio fresh graduate such as E-Resume + CV online. This system also can be used by UiTM students to upload information that is certified by UiTM's academic administration to ensure the information submitted is accurate and authentic. The usefulness of this system for students as it can provide a platform for them to have a systematic and organized portfolio. This will enable them to provide authentic information for the use of industry or career fields. In term of commercialization, this system will be used by undergraduate and postgraduate students.

SME POS - INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Inventory management (SME POS) is a system developed to managing records of inventory aimed for Small Medium Enterprise business, sales and purchase using automation of system and calculation involve records of sales and record of stock movement. Furthermore, improvement required to enhance existing system to be compatible to current situations and unsolved problems that resulting poor management for SME organizations to achieve their goals. For instance, SME POS Inventory Management System functions to alert to sellers to order stocks of bestselling, exhausted, reduced to ensure stocks are always up-to-date based on the FIFO concept - stocks that have expired will undergo appraisal process whether dumped, recycled, etc. Other than that, the system will calculate the amount of stock that is in the seller's inventory and seller can determine the amount of the product to alert for additional of the product.and supplier or vendor can send quotation directly according to the number of products that the seller wants to buy and sellers can compare which vendors offer a reasonable price. Moreover, it will also issue product statistics that are often bought by the seller to ensure that the supplier or vendor can meet the seller's needs and know directly the sales planning. On behalf of the seller, they can analyse statistics of the bestselling products and see the graphs increase or decrease of products taken from suppliers so that they can product sales to reduce expenses and the problem of excess stocks or lack of stocks. After that, commercialization potential of this system targeted among Malaysia SME business that can use through web-based system successfully and also potential of systems to be integrated into mobile applications to be more responsive and flexible to rise up market value of system.

ASSIGNMENT SUBMISSION SYSTEM

An assignment is an important thing for students in a university. This is because a good assignment will give students a better mark for their results which also will affect their examination result. Every university needs to have a proper assignment submission management system. However, students might hand in their assignment/project later than the due time and some of the assignment might also lose if they hand in manually. Therefore, the development of this system is needed because it provides a systematic method in managing the submission of student assignment’s or projects. Next, the objective of this system is to create an automated system which helps students to submit the assignment on time and to avoid the loss of the assignment. This system helps students to submit their assignments and assist lecturer to monitor the progress of the assignment. The uniqueness of the system is students can give a rating for their group member to show how well each member of the group work. In this system, it helps solving the different problem which university nowadays facing which are students is not punctual in submits their assignments and helps to save the lecturer times. Without a good submission system, an organization might face a lot of loss assignment. This system has a potential for commercializing for the university, polytechnics, college as well as schools.

E-PET CLINIC

Loving and having a pet for pleasure and companion is a good hobby for people. However, in veterinary processes are difficult to trace because the management did not have a proper record management system. The clinic staff only recorded medicine paid after inspection thus examination by doctors are only recorded in conventional paper-based records held by their client. If the client forgets to bring it or missing, staff cannot detect their past record ID number. Therefore, the development of E-Pet Clinic system can solve the following problems occur in management. First, clients missing scheduled appointments so they are unaware when surgery appointment and need to collect previous medicines treatment. Second, the staff never have time to tackle regular office management tasks during regular business hours. Third, staff members forget to complete all duties before closing and regularly repeats the same mistakes when record data. In term of objectives, the system is to support excellent medical care record, support business and legal activities. Moreover, for the uniqueness of the system is clients can access the system and register to adopt idle animals as the pet to save their lives. Another uniqueness is the system also will notify clients about their appointment through mobile phones. Besides, the client also can request delivery medicine for emergency use for their pet. The usefulness using this system is can reduce paper-based form thus staffs and clients just can update information and make an appointment through this system. Next, to avoid missing data about pet treatment and diseases so a record can be referred for future use or research. This system has the potential to commercialize because another veterinary clinic in Malaysia still uses paper-based record for client appointment and manual way to record office management and business transaction.

MUSLIM PRAYER GUIDANCE (MPG)

Pray is the most important and mandatory to be done as a Muslim through their daily life. Hence, the main focus is on the way of Muslim people perform their prayer. In this current situation, limitations come from the online platform itself. It is because the online platforms have the limitations towards the users who want to view their content and usually need to be paid to view certain contents.  Even though there are already have several applications that guide Muslim in their Prayer, the information prepared is insufficient. Furthermore, there lot of books that have been prepared in hardcopy medium for referred by people who want to learn how to pray and improve it. As it is prepared manually, it is needed to face a few processes which will consume some time to get it. So, this Muslim Prayer Guidance (MPG) is created to be an online system that can be used by a Revert to Islam or even someone who want to brush up on how should be praying and whether for the adults or children to perform the prayer in the best of it. It will ease the process to learn about prayer easily because it is user-friendly system. It provides features such as, images, simple wording and buttons use to enhance the process of understanding. It will show step-by-step on how to perform the prayer in the right way. Other than that, this system will help in effective learning which is it will provide a few tests and users need to pass them to proceed with another levels or categories. To deduce, MPG can be commercialize as a mobile application that can be installed from online or application store.
