EXAMINATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EXAMS)

Examination is a basic requirement of an educational system at any level, however the main focus is always towards the examination questions. Another essential elements of an examination is about how educational institutions are able to manage its examination. In current situation, there are limited numbers of online platform for students and lecturers to view and monitor the examination schedule that provided by the exam unit. Also in some circumstances, students, lecturers and exam invigilators need to fill the attendant form manually where it requires a lot of information to be filled in repetitively. In addition, exchanging invigilators duties also requires a step-by-step time consuming process. Another problem arise when the invigilators have to submit examination session monitoring reports in manual form which could result in large collections of paper-based reports for one particular semester. Thus, The Examination Management System (EXAMS) is a system that aimed to provide online platform where students and lecturers not only could check the examination schedules, but also record the attendances. Another features are invigilators will be able to exchange their duties, and submit examination session monitoring reports electronically. Moreover, non-members of the institutions will be able to apply jobs as assistant exam invigilators. Electronic records allows user to save physical space and retain the records for a long time. This system will have a user-friendly interface for each type of users. Furthermore, EXAMS can be commercialize as a mobile application that can be downloaded from online store.

HABIT TRACKER SYSTEM

Habit Tracker is one of a system of goal tracking tool to track daily goals and build powerful habits. In addition, it can establish the target result to be achieved with a user-defined view to indicate consistency that has been made. It is also can measure and track anything and everything that people want to set their goals either in short terms or long terms. According to Colin Powell, If you are going to achieve excellence in big things, you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude. For the usefulness, it is really a best way where people can use it by follow their own schedule and track goals. This is recommended when they have to do list with repeating tasks. Moreover, Habit Tracker System can test the user by help themselves to be more discipline in order to keep track day to day habits and routines. So, the best part of this system is it can help people too who suffering from memory problems.

GIFT CUSTOMIZATION SYSTEM

In this modern world, people hardly have the time to leisurely go to the shop and buy for mundane things like gifts and present. This is where Gift Customization System comes in handy where people can customize their own gift without having to leave the house. The main objective for this system is that to help the customers with time restraint and packed schedule to prepare gifts for the loved ones by reminding those important dates and deliver their own customization of the gifts to the designated place. And then, they also can request for a special add-on to the gifts in order to make the gifts more unique from other gifts. The uniqueness of this system is that it has an inventory where the customers can sign up in the system and fill in important dates as a reminder for the future like anniversary dates and birth dates. Also, the customers can customize their own gifts where the customers can decide what should be put together and can add few things like notes and flowers. This system can be used by gift shop owners that are looking for opportunities to expand their business globally by providing virtual gift shop for those that are comfortable to shop online.

ONLINE PARKING SYSTEM MANAGEMENT (OPaMS)

Transportations are important in daily activities because easy to move to other location. In Malaysia, many people have their own transportation such as cars because of it more safety from crime and reduce physical damage from an incident on road. At the same time, it need properly parking spaces for cars to avoid from congestion. However, many of people parking a car is not properly can cause congestion. Besides that, many people have difficulties to checks spaces available or not. Therefore, this system will be improved from all aspects to people such as easy to find parking spaces, to avoid congestion and parking place become more systematic. The objectives of Online Parking Management System (OPaMS) to assist the drivers in select or reserve online parking through accessed on the system platform. Online Parking Management System (OPaMS) have a good function which are to enable parking monitor, details of drivers information and how many time drivers are visited. Furthermore, the system can be commercialized to an international company, shopping mall, condominium and sports activities area.
