Bar System

ILYAS BIN IBRAHIM

In 2018, slowly UiTM develop and implement new system to improve their workflow process and etc. One of the department that UiTM have is Hal Ehwal Akademik or HEA. ‘Bar System’ created in order to help lecturer and HEA easy to communicate regarding student attendance. With the creation of this system, lecturer no longer need student signature  to verify ‘Peringatan Lisan’ form because the system will email student and ask student verification via email and lecturer can also use whatsapp for verification. When the student do not come to class more than 10% of the attendance without reason, lecturer just have to update HEA using the sytem by fill in the form inside the system and HEA will produce warning letter for the students. If student continue not to come to class without reason, HEA will produce meet up letter for the student. With the usage of this system, it will be easier for the lecturer to communicate with HEA, reduce usage of paper and get student verification.
