Resale Items System

The system that researcher wants to develop is a system regarding the resale of the item that had been used. By using this system, user can reserved any item that they desire and they also can see several of items and not just only a single item within one interface. The problem is that nowadays, about the sale of the used item, there not many systems that willing to support this process. Even if there is one, it still regarded as ineffective system. For example are students. Students find it hard to purchase for the note that lecturers ask them to buy. They must ask their seniors and confront them in order for them to get the notes. This process is annoying since that if they want to purchase for another notes, and that seniors do not have the notes with them, they must find another seniors that bear the notes. When the user log in to this system, they may see all materials that had been used by the former user and that including the notes. All notes may be identified within this system no matter on whatever subject. The reason why this matter need to be solved was because people especially students only able to get their notes after 4 to 5 weeks after start of semester and this is not good for their educational environment. So by using this system, user can just log in to system and they can immediately searching for all kinds of educational material or references after they enter their new semester. The researcher think this solution is good since that it will solve the issue of students cannot catch up the content of the study that had been taught by the lecturers due their lacking of notes with them. They always make excuse of not being able to understand what the instructor teaches them in front because they do not have any notes to refer to. So, by utilizing this system, that kind of excuse shall be no more emerging. By using the system, people can make their items that they do not want to possess anymore into becoming a well-functioned item once again by commercializing the specific item into this system.

Personal Teacher

Personal teacher system is a one system that is student or parent can find the personal teacher only in the system and can choose the categories, state and also choose the professional teacher. Nowadays, many advertisements about personal teacher had been promoted in everywhere but student and parent not care about the information. After make a research and my observation, I can identify several problems that make me to create this system. First of all, it’s hard to find the teachers which fulfill the attention to one student or in small group, for example 2-3 person in group. Secondly, parent or student don’t need to wasting their time to through the traffic jam to go to study place or tuition their children and parent don’t need to rushing from work place to home to take their children to the study place or tuition. When have this system, parent don’t need to rushing and wasting their time for sending their children to tuition because parent just need to search any teacher that their want and the teacher will go to home or place that are required based on designated time. Parent or student also can make the payment by using online payment. Besides that, user also can give the rating to teacher after teaching. So, this system can help parent or student to choose the best and professional teacher.

Property Management System (PMS)

Property Management System is a system that will help user to buy and rent of property online. In this case, there is a problem that makes researcher decide to develop this system. The problem is there are many of the people in Malaysia are often deceived by property agents in the process of buying and renting the property. Therefore, some of them that are involved in this case who are people of less-skilled and didn’t know for more details about the process of buying and renting the property. So, based on this, it shown that this problem is really important because developer need to make sure all of the buyers that want to buy or rent the property are in a safe condition by buying and renting through authorized and registered agents. By develop this system, developer will make sure that all companies and registered agents only can sell between users. This can also prevent this problem from becoming more prevalent. For the solution it will probably be better as it can also help users to save user time and sell more by empowering to easily manage listings, and market to new prospects by using this system.

Company Qualification System (CQS)

Internet is important nowadays and everyone uses it to do some work likes chatting, play a game and also surfing the information. The most important, internet used for searching job for a fresh graduate and others. So, the researcher decide to make and develop Company Qualification System (CQS) to ease them seeking for a job and also help company pick an employee. There are some problems that make the researcher decide to develop this system. Firstly, the people especially fresh graduate does not know where to find the job that suitable with their qualification and past result. Then, it is hard for some organization to employ new worker. After that, slow respond from company to select the new worker. The researcher thinks this system can help two parties which are the company and people that seeking for a job. Their problem will overcome and can be simplified. With this system, the people who find a job can know faster what company that qualifies with them and the system will recommend to them the name of the company. Besides, the company can select the people who use this system to find the job that reliable with their qualification. This system is also friendly user, understandable and easy to the people to use it. So, their target client are the fresh graduate, people who hard getting the job and organization which seeking the workers. It became more cool and fun if this system can perform into an application. So, it becomes easier to the people to use it. The researcher hope that is the system can successfully operate and easier the people work.
