Clinic Management System

Medical treatment is very important to human life because it can save a thousand of life. However, most of the management system is done manually, therefore it is not effective work flow. Manually will required a long period of time and gain more problems such as inflexible, data redundant and data error. It is difficult for a staff that wants to recall all the patient history during treatment if any facility of searching is not available. Therefore, Clinic Management System (CMS) was introduce to enhance the services and also the work flow of all activity that happens in clinic. This system assists in reducing the workload off medical staff, the number of manpower needed, providing leave application and it also make clinic management become more manageable and easier to control. The objective of this system is to improve work flow of the activities. Another objective is to make management easy to maintain record and to ensure the system useful to user as it helps in daily activity in the clinic. The uniqueness of CMS is it can check medical certificate authenticity and automatic reminder of appointment. Then, the usefulness of this system are flexible and easy to use. Another benefits are improved patients’ satisfaction and reduce the use of papers. The existence of CMS will support the commercialization for private clinic, private hospital and government hospital.

PROPERTY DEVELOPER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In Malaysia, the housing industry is contributing to the economic and social development of the country. The government of Malaysia recognizes housing as a basic human need and an important component of the urban economy. Although housing development has benefit to the nation in development of economics and social, but there is project which are failed to be completed. According to news report, there are 1,103 units of houses not completed since September 2018. One of the problem is the housing project did not be monitored well by government. This is because the construction sector did not do their work honestly and they only get payment without finishing the house. This will cause abandoned housing project and defective houses. However, the used of Property Developer Management System (ProDMS) can overcome the problem of abandoned house in Malaysia. One of objectives of this system is to monitor process and work flow of the project one by one. Other than that, to prevent housing project from being abandoned. The uniqueness of the system is people can also promote a house from this system. Catalog are also provided to show that there are various of house design that customer can choose and list of price that customer can know. Next, benefit of this system are it is a safe, convenient and efficient method of payment that gives customers access to a wide range of financial services. Moreover, for commercialization this ProDMS can be use by Ministry of housing and local government and any contractor that want to develop the housing project.

ROADSHOW SYSTEM (RSS)

Roadshow is a series of shows or events that take place in different places around the country, for entertainment to give the public information about a company, or the products. However, the participants face with the lack of information on the latest roadshow events, and they also have difficulty to participate on the event. Therefore, RSS must develop because not all the user can participate in the event according to the date given by the organizer. Thus, they are outsiders and have a different occupation. The objective of this system is to fulfil the satisfaction and interest among the car enthusiasts. In addition, RSS is also to obtain knowledge about car specification to participants and viewers. The uniqueness of the RSS is assisting the users and the participants to participate in the events even they are busy with their work. RSS can be use by the participant that does not have sufficient time to join the event, but they can participate by submit their photo and video about their car to the event manager. Furthermore, RSS provides live streaming of the event to those who cannot participate. Besides that, the user of the system will get a notification about the upcoming event via their email and Short Message Service (SMS). Moreover, RSS also gives an opportunity to whom not joining the roadshow event to register as a membership. Lastly, RSS can be used by the organizations that are looking for the opportunities to attract users and car enthusiasts to participate in the roadshow such as Motorist Club.

MYKIDS MEDICAL SYSTEM

Each parent need to ensure their children in healthy condition include baby in the womb. Therefore, the problem statement for this system development is working parents have limited time, make it difficult for them to monitor the health of children. The problem will be worsening when children's health information is not well kept and there is no good management system to monitor their health-vulnerable levels. Other than that, parents often do not have complete information to keep a record of health such as a list of medicines, appointment schedules, vaccine schedules, past health records, types of illness and child information profiles. Objectives of system is to produces an overview report and schedule for children health that can ease process of medication by shown to doctor to give them solid information and reminder for parents, parents can personalize treatments list for children (List of medicines, appointment schedules, vaccine schedules and past health records), establish a statistic and pattern graph of illness to help doctor diagnose and review if furthers treatments needed and allow parents to save children health profile digitally without need to remind to give information accurately for medical purpose. Novelty and uniqueness of the system is it developed according to point of view as parents and doctor to give clear view to both party on what records needed and how it can enhance medical services. Impact in solving problem in children medication, to the, health institution, doctor, nurse and parents is it can give accurate information lead to rapid service, increase potential of life saving by having statistic of illness and reduce costing of institution to contact with patient’s parents to make appointment. Commercialization potentials of this system is it can be sell into two categories which is system for institution administration for large scale usage and end-user usage for personal usage
