 POSTGRADUATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A postgraduate is a student who has successfully completed an undergraduate degree level course at a college or university and is undertaking further study at a more advanced level. According to research , Dr Lee conclude that a postgraduate studies work closely with industry partners to gain insight, which will allow student to develop the courses better for a good mix of academic and industrial exposure. However, one of the problems is that gave rise to this system from the continuous use of manual methods of dispensing academic details in the institution such as the uses of  Postgraduate Research Student Log Book. Therefore, PMS will develop tools to manage sharing information and interaction as well as creating a transparent environment between student and supervisor. The objectives of PMS are to minimize the time taken for approval process and provide timely and efficient tools for approval. The uniqueness of PMS is to record and scan the progress of student, from the commencement of research until completion of thesis. Besides , PMS system provide an interface to student upload the thesis and research project through electronically. Then , PMS also will monitor the performance and progress for GOT (Graduate on time ) status.The existence of PMS gives development of study and postgraduate supervisory team to assess the progress the commercialization potentials of PMS are to support universities, postgraduate, lecturers, and supervisor.

i-do SYSTEM (WEDDING PLANNER SYSTEM)

A wedding has forever been a significant and important celebration where the wedding planner is a professional who assists with the design, planning and management of a client’s wedding. However, couples always face problem in looking for wedding products and services. Thus, i-do system helps couples to organize every aspect that is related to wedding preparation. In addition, couples sometimes facing a problem of fraud where they did not know the authenticity of the vendors. Therefore, this system helps them to recognize the authenticity of vendors by allowing couples to access data of the vendors, for example, they can see how many time that vendors have completed their services. Besides that, the vendors also have difficulties in expanding and providing their services to the customers. Thus, this system gives an opportunity to vendors in expanding their services where they can deal with customers directly through this system. The objectives of i-do system are to act as a business platform that aims to help organize a successful wedding event. Moreover, it assists couples in decision making and planning processes that are related to all aspects of a wedding organization. The uniqueness of this system is designed to be a one-stop web-based platform that can be used by couples and vendors where each user has a different perspective towards the system, depends on the need regarding their roles in the system. Thus, couples can use the system on planning their wedding, design and management. Meanwhile, vendors can utilize this system to market and sell their services and products. Lastly, in term of commercialization potentials, this system has an opportunity for vendors to gain benefits from their customers and expanding their services thus generating more income.

Moving out from one place to a better place is one of the common things happened nowadays. However, due to the busy life, moving process tend to become chaos and not according to what that have been planned. The lack of resources such as transportation and others also can make the moving process become harder and complicated especially for international moving. This is because transportation is one of the important sources in transporting the things from current place to others. Therefore, the main objective for this system is to help the customers with the time restraints and lack of resources in moving out with their customization of the services. Moreover, with EzMove system, the process of moving out will become much easier and faster for people who are lack in both time and resources. The uniqueness of EzMove system are customer can customize any services to meet their needs in moving out as well as it can support both domestic and international moving out process. Next, this system also provides the moving tips, checklist in moving out, request boxes services and expert guidance services for the customers to ask anything about moving out through all the process. Lastly, customers also can track their items using the system. This system can be used by individual, family or business person who are in needs in moving process.

MallMaps

Malls is one of a leisure place for many people. Most of them went to the mall to do some shopping such as groceries, item, clothing and more. However, because of its size, which is bigger compared to small market and has almost everything, it is quite hard for some customer to find certain item. The example of this situation can be a customer which is new to the super market or customer who doesn’t come too often. This also can be a hassle for some customers with health issue which might lead to critical health issue such as dehydration. Therefore, MallMaps is designed to solve this problem. Based on the problem, the purpose to create the system is to meet the objective. First, to save customer time finding right item in right place without having to waste more time. Second, to help customer who might have critical health issue. Third, to help customers to less depending on human help. The uniqueness of the system is it has graphical user interface. The solved problem is the management of the super market become smoother as more staff will focus on their work instead of helping customers. Furthermore, this system can be commercialized to companies, hardware stores and even libraries.
